Diamond Tetris – A Take on the Classic Tetris Game
I used to be a huge Tetris fan. I would play it for hours and hours as a child. And then, when I would close my eyes, the darn think would still be playing in my head. Ah, those were the good days.
Now if you are looking for a way to spend some time, perhaps at the office, you might want to give Diamond Tetris a look. You are going to like this game, especially if you are a Tetris fan. Downloading and installing the application will only take a moment. The download weighs in at some 8MB, meaning it will complete in no time at all – granted you’re on a high-speed internet connection, like the one at work. Installing the application will take zero seconds – this is because you don’t have to install anything.
What you download is an archive that contains all the files needed to launch the game. There two folders that contain some music files and one .exe file that launches the game. Just double click that and you’re in business.
The thing to keep in mind at the office is not to spend too much time fooling around. Things that would normally annoy the heck out of you in a regular environment could prove to be useful at the office. For example the unregistered version will keep displaying a screen informing you that the version is unregistered and you need to register. This would normally annoy you – but in this case it is a constant reminder that the boss might drop in on your at any time, and you need to get back to work.
Games can be addictive and rob you of your time. Sit down in front of the monitor, play, then watch the clock and notice that time has slipped by without you even noticing it. At home that’s okay. At the office it is not. Luckily enough the unregistered version of Diamond Tetris has you covered. You can use it only three minutes at a time. So after your three minutes are up, get back to work. Come back and play when you need another break.
